Anyone know how to save the flash D-3 in the portal screen to my Android Samsung galaxy as a wallpaper?

As a wallpaper? A live wallpaper or static wallpaper? If you want a static one, take a screenshot and save it on you SD card. On the android, hit menu, go to Wallpaper > Gallery, and locate the graphic.
For a dynamic, you'll have to get a program to create live wallpapers. I have it on my list of things to do and I believe you'll need the flash file. I'm sure someone here will know the specifics. I'll let you know if I find anything out later when I'm at home.
